SURPRISE I AM A BOY!!!! Welcome to the world Kristian Jamison Martel. I was born on August 30, 2009, weighed 6lbs 14 ounces and was 21 inches long!!
My first story:While mom was lying in the hospital bed getting ready for delivery, the nurse asked what they were having. They told her they were waiting the arrival of their princess, Miss Annabella Fenway Martel. Mom and Dad were told by the Doc that he was 99% sure that they were having a girl, and that he was soo certain he said he wanted to give them 100%. So with 100% girl in mind they bought everything, full blown, over the top girly and PINK. The nurse looked at them and said "wouldn't it be funny if she turned out to be a boy!" Little did we know, how true that statement would be.
Dads first words, " She has a WANKA!", the doctor was shocked , and the nurse...she just laughed and laughed!
I must admit I had my heart set on a little girl, but that flew out the window as soon as I met my precious little boy. Honestly he is the best thing that has happened in my life, besides meeting his father, now I have 2 Kristians to love!
Good morning Kristian, this is your Grandfather. When you get a bit older you will figure out what to call me. Your Great Great Grandfather use to say "If you can't toot the tinny tin horn, you can't play on the bandwagon". Some wise words to heed as you grow up.
